You can create Matrix Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all users in your account. Learn more about KPIs available in Elevate K-12 Analytics.
Open Administration Page
In the Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.
Open KPIs
In the Elevate K-12 Analytics Administration page, click the KPIs link.
Open Matrix KPIs
In the Manage KPIs menu, click the Matrix KPIs link [1].
Note: On the Manage KPIs Overview page you can click the Matrix KPIs link [2].
View Matrix KPIs
On the Matrix KPIs page you can view a list of all Matrix KPIs in your account. The list displays the KPI name [1], the horizontal metric [2], and the vertical metric [3].
You can also manage individual KPIs [4] and create new Matrix KPIs [5].
Edit KPI
To edit a KPI, click the KPI's Edit icon [1].
Note: Because you can only edit manually created KPIs, some KPIs may display a View icon [2].
Update General Information
In the General section, you can update the KPI source metrics [1], name [2], and description [3]. You can also view KPI creation information [4].
Update KPI Configuration
In the Configuration section, you can update the KPI segments [1], label colors [2], and segment names [3].
Update Matrix
You can update segment associations for the matrix comparative metrics.
Save Changes
Click the Save changes button.
View Read Only KPI
If a KPI cannot be edited, a Read Only notification displays.
Delete KPI
To delete a KPI, click the Delete button.
Confirm Delete
Click the Yes button.
View Delete Notification
View the Delete notification.
