How do I export validation violation results in Elevate Data Hub?

You can export rule validation results for further analysis in external applications, or to share results with other users in your organization.

If you cannot access the areas shown in this article, or complete all the steps, you may not have the necessary permissions.

Open Instance

Click the name of the instance.

Open Validations

Open Validations

In the Instance Navigation menu, click the Validations link.

Click the name of the validation job.

Filter Results

Filter Results

Filtered results can be exported. Use the filter drop-down menus to select the desired filter options, then click the Export button.

Note: Depending on the selected filters, the Export window may display information about bulk exports.

The Bulk Export Violations window shows details about the requested export. Click the Export button.

Note: Depending on the size of the export, the file(s) may take more time to generate and download.

Export Violations for a Single Rule

To export violations for a single rule, click the [number] / [number] link in the Records column.

Confirm Export

The Export Violations window will show details about the requested export. Click the Export button.

Note: Depending on the size of the export, the file(s) may take more time to generate and download.
